Pam is passionate about making learning relevant and enjoyable, and helping people make tomorrow better than today. As a facilitator and consultant she has a wealth of experience delivering management, leadership and communication programs across all industries. Pam designs and delivers learning activities to match the needs of her client and her workshops are enjoyable, high energy and relevant.
With more than twenty years in the field of Learning and Development, Pam works with her clients on a consulting basis, and partners with providers The Australian Institute of Management, Institute of Managers and Leaders and Swinburne Professional to facilitate workshops.
Pam’s expertise includes People Management, Leadership, Communication, Presentation Skills, Vital Conversations, Interpersonal Skills, Sales Techniques, Personal Effectiveness, Behavioural Styles and Emotional Intelligence.
Her favourite program to facilitate is Think on Your Feet®, which is a skill everyone should develop. As an Accredited Affiliate for this internationally acclaimed communication program, her passion has seen this workshop become one of Australian Institute of Management’s most popular programs
Curriculum design is another of Pam’s skills and she has developed many programs for organisations and to meet her client’s needs. She designed the Diploma of Leadership and Management learner and assessment materials for an RTO and has facilitated more than 20 groups to successfully complete this qualification.
Pam has worked across all industry sectors including the Financial Sector, Professional Services Firms, IT, Telecommunication, Government Sector, Facilities Management, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Health, Pharmaceuticals, Construction; Education and Training; Electricity and Utilities.
Before L&D consulting, Pam managed the training function for an international bank and a business association. Her lifetime commitment to Learning and Development began at a major bank and she has also worked as a financial adviser.
